Non-Returnable Items

Melted Cacao Tablea: Due to the nature of our cacao tablea, which can melt in high temperatures, we do not accept returns for melted products. We take precautions to protect our cacao tablea from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures during delivery through careful packaging. However, courier handling and extreme summer heat are beyond our control. Rest assured, melted cacao tablea is still safe to consume, and its aroma and flavor remain intact.

Refunds

  2. Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, such as damaged packaging or spoiled products due to exposure to moisture and other elements during delivery. Our products are carefully packed to ensure their quality before shipping out. However, poor courier handling during delivery can sometimes expose the products to moisture and other elements, leading to damage and spoilage. Please get in touch with us if you need to exchange an item for the same product.
