Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods:

  • We only ship via J&T  or LBC Express, our partner couriers.
  • Standard shipping is the only available option.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Mindanao and 5-7 business days for other areas.

Payment Method:

  • We ship on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We do not accept credit card or debit card payments at this time.

Bulk Orders:

  • Our online store does not accept bulk orders. Orders above PHP 3000 cannot be placed online.
  • For orders exceeding PHP 3000, please get in touch with our customer service representative to place your order.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
  • Customers can track their orders via the provided tracking number on our partner couriers' websites.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • In the unfortunate event of damaged or lost packages, we're here to help. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the notification of the lost item or of receiving the damaged package.
  • We understand that issues can arise. In case of damaged or lost packages, we will work closely with J&T Express to resolve them. If necessary, we may offer a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.

Incorrect Address:

  • Ensure that the shipping address is correct at - Jaum Farm is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
